I bought stardust but didn't get it
Close and reopen the game while online. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with the date of the purchase from your Apple receipt.
I bought Remove Ads on another iPhone
Open the Stardust Store and tap Restore Purchases. Remove Ads comes back on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID.
Can I get my stardust back after deleting the game?
Progress and stardust are saved on your iPhone only. Deleting the game erases them, and stardust that was already credited can't be restored by Apple.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do ads work?
Ads may show after every few game overs. Reward videos (free continue, double stardust) only play when you tap them. Remove Ads turns off the between-run ads for good.
